The white bird in the middle - it creates such a wonderful shape and yet I had to really look at it to determine it was a bird and not something else that the smaller birds were perched upon. I like that, though I can't explain why.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17296223961815248113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3044778093667409865.post-86333151440144043452010-02-08T18:04:25.219-05:002010-02-08T18:04:25.219-05:00fascinating painting and brings up some technical ...fascinating painting and brings up some technical questions for me, like how ... ?

I love all the birds, especially the upside down one like our lazuli bunting and the white against the black-in fact, one question! ;)

as always, wonderful candy for the eye.L'Adelaidehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10725322054223364858noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3044778093667409865.post-28400578582264011322010-02-08T10:13:48.352-05:002010-02-08T10:13:48.352-05:00Well done. The disparate collection of delicately colored birds look very natural to the strongly defined lower half. It's formal yet not too much so. All in all a very nice painting just as it is.susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16747450215034568033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3044778093667409865.post-48269770583125148892010-02-08T09:46:22.202-05:002010-02-08T09:46:22.202-05:00It reminds me of a tapestry of days of creation. ...It reminds me of a tapestry of days of creation.
