The Ackland Museum, in Chapel Hill, NC, is one of the best small museums in the country, and they have nearly the entire Ackland collection available for view on-line. A massive effort went into scanning and cataloguing all those pieces. Browsing them is fun, and can be done many different ways. Be sure to check the little box to "Return only objects with images."
