Housekeeping a la Chat Santolina

Voila, a place for everything, and every thing in it's place.

Au revoir,

Hi Steve- or at least I'm assuming that Grenquille and Steve are one in the same? I checked out your gallery site and your work is absolutely stunning. It's very fresh and has a contemporary feel.

I love kitties also. My girl gathers all her toys and refuses to share. They belong to her and that's that.

Redchair - welcome. You are probably the first visitor to my new, simplified, and more up to date gallery (rebuilt it from scratch on Sunday). Thanks for the compliments - your work is beautiful and unique, and I deeply admire your way with shape, shadow, and light. Chairs are terrific but difficult subjects. A bit like people, in some ways. That's part of what I like about your art - the way the Red Chair (and others) seem to speak.

Linda - yep, cats. What can you do about it? Not much. They're kinda like weather. Live with it. We like weather...

And this scen would not be complete without a bag.

DCup - Oh yeah, cats are the original bag ladies. They have to get in them, lie on them, drag them around...
